Job summary

The Brock Group Inc is seeking a Corporate HSE Specialist to support the Corporate HSE Manager in administering the Corporate HSE Program and maintaining a safe work environment across the organization.

You will assist with compliance, develop and implement HSEQ programs, conduct trainings and audits, support incident investigations, and provide technical guidance to align with regulations and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HSE or related field preferred, or OSHA/HSE training or compliance auditing training acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE compliance administration.
• Experience managing qualification databases (ISNetworld, Avetta, Browz).
• Direct experience in field industry required.
• Thorough working knowledge of federal, state, and local health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock's safety culture (Bsafe and Bbest) in all business aspects.
• Conduct HSEQ training and orientations.
• Assist with location audits and identification of systemic trends, and strategize corrective actions.
• Assist with emergency response and incident investigations.
• Develop and implement HSEQ programs and procedures.
• Provide consultation on development and implementation of HSE standards and management systems.
• Manage Corporate HSEQ qualification process for subcontractors.
