Clune Construction Company is seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to lead site safety programs across projects. You will implement site-specific safety plans, conduct DHA and HRA reviews, coordinate with trade partners, and ensure OSHA and OCIP compliance while maintaining clear documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for discussions with field employees to executives.
• Experience coordinating safety activities with subcontractors and trade partners.
• Ability to develop and maintain safety documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Implement and update site-specific Safety Plan as the project progresses.
• Lead DHA (Daily Task Hazard Analysis) and HRA planning for high-risk activities.
• Coordinate safety reviews with trade partners and present plans in meetings.
• Manage incident investigation and reporting with timely root cause analysis.
• Maintain injury logs and compliance with OCIP guidelines.
