Job summary

ATI is seeking a Senior Safety Specialist (Site Leader) to support our Washington, PA Operations within the Specialty Rolled Products unit. The role leads advanced safety processes, programs, injury prevention, and ensures compliance directives are achieved on the plant floor.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and effectively integrate safety programs across the site, working with management and workforce to sustain an injury-free environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Safety Science or Safety and Health Management required.
• Three years of professional safety experience required.
• Manufacturing/metals industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety processes using leading indicator metrics to analyze, direct, and assess safety.
• Develop EHS policies and procedures; monitor regulatory compliance programs.
• Identify, evaluate, and control occupational exposures through hazard analysis.
• Train management and workforce on key program elements.
• Conduct audits and develop EHS improvement strategies.
• Lead joint safety committee with employees to promote injury-free environment.
