Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or seven years of operations/maintenance experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience with a focus on employee development.
• Ability to lead change and communicate a clear vision for site objectives.
• High emotional intelligence to lead teams with honesty and integrity.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Live and lead safety by deploying ATS safety program and training.
• Inspire and articulate site and company strategies to teams.
• Own ATS culture with onboarding, communication, and recognition.
• Support learning through performance coaching and skills development.
• Drive maintenance plans, financial performance, and cross‑functional collaboration.
