Job summary

Marketech International Corp. USA is seeking a Safety Lead to support site safety execution for MICU’s semiconductor construction project.

The role focuses on field safety, contractor compliance, OSHA requirements, hazard identification, incident prevention, and maintaining a strong safety culture on site. Responsibilities include daily site safety inspections, JHA/JSA support, permits, toolbox talks, OSHA compliance monitoring, incident investigations, and coaching employees, contractors, and

Qualifications

4+ years of construction or industrial EHS/safety experience required.
Experience in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing or large construction projects preferred.
OSHA 500 required.
OSHA 10‑Hour and OSHA 30‑Hour Construction training required.
OSHA 510, CHST, CSP, HAZWOPER or other relevant safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
Support JHA/JSA, safety orientations, permits, toolbox talks, and contractor safety requirements.
Monitor OSHA compliance and safe work practices across construction activities.
Identify unsafe conditions, track corrective actions, and support incident investigations.
Provide field safety coaching to employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
Support safety controls related to electrical work, confined spaces, chemicals, gases, heavy equipment, and cleanroom activities.
Maintain safety records, reports, training documentation, and corrective-action logs.
