Job summary

The Mechanical Lead at Marketech International Corporation USA oversees installation, coordination, and execution of mechanical systems on semiconductor and high-tech construction projects, providing field leadership to crews and subcontractors.

You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence by reviewing drawings, leading daily activities, and coordinating with project management, engineering, procurement, and other trades.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade cert preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in mechanical construction with 2+ years in lead roles.
• Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read P&IDs, drawings, specs, and construction documents.
• OSHA safety knowledge and construction best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily mechanical construction activities on active sites.
• Supervise craft personnel and subcontractors.
• Plan installation of piping, HVAC, and supports.
• Monitor productivity and adherence to schedules.
• Perform field walks to verify quality and safety.
• Coordinate RFIs, field changes, and design revisions.
• Support commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication across teams.
