Job summary

EHSCareers is seeking a Safety Leader to manage safety coordinators across multiple install sites and coordinate with the CFA Safety Manager and operations team on site.

You will oversee administrative, technical, and professional work analyzing and administering EHS programs during installation, ensuring full implementation of safety programs across CFA business units and reporting to site and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2–5 years experience in EHS or safety role
• Full-time position on West Coast
• Experience coordinating with operations and safety leadership

Responsibilities

• Ensure CFA safety program compliance on assigned sites.
• Lead Safety Coordinators and training as needed.
• Identify and mitigate hazards at job sites.
• Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and update installation site safety plans.
• Coordinate health and safety testing and external audits.
