Paycom - ATS seeks a Site Safety & Health Officer to ensure safety training, compliance with federal, state, and local requirements, and oversee accident and fire protection programs on the project. You will work with the Safety Manager to develop safe work plans for all phases and crews.

The role requires coordination with site managers, conducting safety inspections, investigations, and reporting while maintaining documentation for government review.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of safety-related experience.
• 2 years of experience completing Quality Control tasks.
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety laws and guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and coordinate safety training programs.
• Perform safety surveys and inspections; report findings and corrective actions.
• Conduct post-accident investigations and prepare causal reports.
• Investigate and document property damage, injuries, violations, and unsafe conditions.
• Manage hazardous working conditions and eliminate unsafe activities.
• Recommend process and design improvements to minimize hazards.
