Job summary

Cape Fox, through its Mountain Point subsidiary, seeks a qualified SSHO/Site Safety Manager for ongoing construction projects in the Southern United States, including Florida. You will develop and implement site health and safety plans, enforce policies, assess risk, and ensure OSHA and EM 385-1-1 compliance across multiple projects.

The role involves overseeing subcontractors, training staff, maintaining safety records, and driving a culture of zero accidents.

Qualifications

• Must have EM 385-1-1 qualifications.
• Develop and implement site health and safety plans.
• Oversee safety program and subcontractor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 29 CFR 1926.16 requirements are met for the project.
• Develop and execute health and safety plans per OSHA guidelines and EM385-1-1.
• Be on site to implement and administer the Contractor's safety program and APP.
