Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation, via Mountain Point, seeks a Corporate Construction Safety Manager to lead safety programs across multiple US construction sites and overseas projects. The role drives policy development, risk assessment, training, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Strong leadership and EM385-1-1 expertise are essential. Primary duties include managing SSHOs, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining OSHA compliance records while traveling to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction safety and health industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or construction management (Desired).
• Expert knowledge of EM 385-1-1 safety requirements.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (desired).
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review and update environmental, health and safety procedures to meet standards.
• Develop and implement health and safety plans per OSHA/EM385-1-1 requirements.
• Lead safety training and incident investigations; recommend improvements.
• Manage SSHOs and safety staff to support project managers and site superintendents.
• Maintain safety records and OSHA compliance documentation.
