Job summary

Harsco Environmental is seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to oversee the OH&S program for operations in the Muscatine, IA area. You will identify risks, conduct risk assessments, and lead safety training to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in a Health and Safety position; regulatory knowledge required.
• Experience with OSHA and safety compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the Health and Safety program for operations.
• Identify risks, conduct risk assessments, and advise on mitigations.
• Develop and conduct OSHA and company safety training.
• Perform facility safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and regulatory reporting.
• Provide technical EH&S support and collaborate across teams.
