Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in safety, in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Implement HNI Corporation’s Member Safety Program and safety action items.
• Conduct Safe Workplace Design and Process improvement.
• Drive high levels of engagement to increase leadership and member performance with Safety and Sustainability goals.
• Develop and implement EHS programs to develop ownership and accountability.
• Optimize EHS programs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement procedures to assure compliance with laws and regulations.
