Radwell International is seeking an experienced Repair Supervisor to lead a team of technicians within our production and repair operations in Willingboro, NJ. This role emphasizes safe, efficient repairs performed to the highest quality standards while boosting productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in electronics, automation, or electro-mechanical repairs and will coach technicians on the production floor, mentor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Associate Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in electronics repair, industrial controls, manufacturing, operations, or technical production environments preferred.
• Previous supervisory, lead technician, production leadership, or operations leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working with quality systems, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff.
• Direct daily repair production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign work to maximize efficiency and resource utilization.
• Monitor workflow, production schedules, and repair queues to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Lead resolution of technical escalations affecting repair success, customer satisfaction, or product reliability.
