Job summary

K+S Services, a SunSource company, seeks a Site Support Manager/Reliability Specialist to lead service calls, vendor management, and contract coordination at the West Palm Beach site. You will handle PM planning, on-site contractor qualification, and asset management within a manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience in manufacturing, and comfort with SAP and STAMP tools. On-site work and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Some experience in a management role preferred.
• Able to communicate with customers and identify new service opportunities.
• Proficient in STAMP database and SAP customer databases.
• Willing to be trained to obtain Contract Coordinator status.
• Well organized and self-directed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Pratt & Whitney – West Palm Beach account and services.
• Coordinate contracts for vendor work including qualifications and EHS.
• On-site qualification of contractors (Contract Coordinator).
• Manage PM material ordering for planned maintenance vendor services.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and submit recommendations.
• Handle service calls for repairs, PMs, and predictive maintenance.
• Manage SAP notifications and orders for K+S work.
• Coordinate PM material orders for maintenance vendors.
• Oversee repairable asset management through K+S STAMP processes.
• Support additional customer initiatives and requirements.
• Occasionally perform duties beyond regular responsibilities.
