Job summary

K+S Services, a SunSource company, seeks a RTX Site Support Manager/Reliability Specialist to handle service calls and vendor management at the West Palm Beach site. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Some experience in a management role preferred.
• Able to communicate with customers and identify opportunities for services.
• Proficient in STAMP database and customer databases, e.g., SAP.
• Willing to be trained and complete all training to obtain Contract Coordinator status.
• Well organized and self-directed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Pratt & Whitney – West Palm Beach, FL account and services.
• Contract coordinator services for K+S vendor contracted work (vendor qualifications, EHS).
• On-site qualification of contractors (Contract Coordinator).
• Manage PM material ordering for planned maintenance requirement vendor services.
• Cost-savings initiatives through Smart Choice: Identification, Creation, Submission.
• Manage service calls for repairs, PMs, and predictive maintenance for vendor services.
• SAP notification and order management for K+S appointed work.
• Manage PM material ordering for planned maintenance requirement vendor services.
• Repairable asset management through K+S STAMP processes.
• Support any additional customer initiatives and requirements.
• All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time.
