Job summary

H.B. Fuller in Roseville, CA is seeking a Site Facility Engineer to lead safety, maintenance, engineering, capital projects and operational excellence initiatives to improve reliability and regulatory compliance.

You will drive continuous improvement across the Roseville site (and, when needed, multiple sites), manage budgets and maintenance programs, and partner with leadership to optimize performance and asset uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in operations/engineering/maintenance/manufacturing.
• Experience managing safety programs and regulatory compliance (EHS).
• Experience developing/executing maintenance, reliability, or capital improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote facility safety programs and continuous safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, OSHA, PSM, RCRA, TSCA, and DOT regulations.
• Provide training for critical safety programs (LOTO, confined space, hot work).
• Manage plant infrastructure, maintenance budgets, and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Establish and monitor maintenance and reliability KPIs.
• Lead process optimization and problem-solving (Six Sigma, 8D).
• Develop capital project proposals, cost estimates, and CAPEX requests.
• Execute capital projects on schedule and within budget with proper MOC/safety reviews.
• Lead or support multi-site engineering, maintenance, safety, and improvement initiatives.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and cycle counts.
