Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of maintenance management, reliability, or capital project leadership.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Fluent in English.

• Drive Safety as a core value and ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in housekeeping and 5S across the facility.
• Provide hands-on support and leadership in complex mechanical and electrical repairs, including PLCs, variable speed drives, and equipment programming.
• Develop, mentor, and coach maintenance personnel to build an engaged, high-performing workforce.
• Create and implement a clear organizational vision for the Fridley maintenance function aligned with site and company strategy.
