Job summary

Avalore is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of the WDP System. You will design monitoring, define KPIs/SLOs, and work with development teams to improve efficiency and reliability.

The role spans junior to senior levels, requires a Secret clearance, and US work authorization without sponsorship. Excellent communication and Microsoft Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance required.

• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define and track KPIs and SLOs for the WDP System.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Perform root cause analysis on incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems for system health.
• Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency.
