Job summary

Avalore, LLC is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, engineer, and integrate the WDP System infrastructure. You will manage cloud, network, storage, logging, and auditing, while advancing DevSecOps pipelines and IaC automation.

The role emphasizes secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure, with a focus on HA, DR, performance optimization, and cost efficiency. Collaboration with security teams and mentoring junior staff are key components.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET Security Clearance required or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience designing, engineering, and integrating cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in cloud environments, networking, data storage, logging, and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and integrate the underlying infrastructure of the WDP System.
• Manage cloud environment, network, data storage, logging and auditing functions, and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Architect and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions and automate provisioning using Infrastructure as Code.
• Design high-availability and disaster recovery solutions and optimize performance and cost.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement infrastructure security controls and mentor junior staff.
