Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our technology platforms. You will design automation, administer monitoring, lead disaster recovery, and partner with multiple teams to improve resiliency and uptime.

Role focuses on incident response, on-premises and cloud environments, and improving operational readiness across the enterprise. Strong scripting and cloud experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
• Deep knowledge of networking, Windows Server, virtualization, and storage.
• Experience with disaster recovery testing and failover planning.
• Experience administering SolarWinds in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize SolarWinds and monitoring platforms.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics.
• Monitor infrastructure health and mitigate issues.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Coordinate failover activities for critical systems.
• Prepare runbooks and recovery procedures.
• Investigate complex incidents and perform RCAs.
