Job summary

DuPont Hemlock, Michigan, seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to lead the reliability strategy for the HIMS plant. You will partner with operations and maintenance to improve asset productivity and guide reliability initiatives across equipment portfolios.

You will conduct failure analyses, lead RC/M studies, and support capital projects while promoting machine safety and continuous improvement. Occasional travel to other DuPont sites may occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; advanced degrees encouraged.
• 3+ years in manufacturing operations; compensation offered commensurate with experience.
• Strong cross-functional communication and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reliability Strategy for the HIMS site and coordinate with MT and operations.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement improvements to equipment and processes.
• Support capital replacement and improvement projects, including installation and startup of new equipment.
• Develop equipment asset plans using RCM and other reliability methods.
• Support Process Safety activities: PSSR, PHA, and machine safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance to drive value.
