Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join a hands-on, greenfield environment. The role focuses on improving reliability, performance, and production readiness across distributed web platforms using enterprise observability tooling.

You will guide SRE practices, leverage telemetry data, and help set future engineering direction. The position is 3 days onsite in Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX, with a strong emphasis on ownership, critical thinking, and shaping new solutions for

Qualifications

• Strong SRE background required.
• Experience with enterprise observability platforms.
• Experience using telemetry to improve reliability and performance.
• Edge/production operations experience strongly preferred.
• AI-Ops or agentic tooling exposure is a plus.

Title: Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX- 3 days onsite

Duration: 12 months

Compensation: $55-65

Work Requirements: U.S. Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

Edge & Observability

This is essentially a strong SRE / observability role.

Please prioritize:

• Strong SRE background
• Enterprise observability experience
• Experience using telemetry to improve reliability/performance
• Edge / production operations experience
• AI-Ops / agentic tooling exposure is a plus

Dynatrace is their current observability platform and is preferred, but NOT required. Strong experience with New Relic, Splunk, or a similar enterprise platform is fine.
