Job summary

QVC Group is seeking an Area Manager Site Quality Operations to supervise site quality operations, drive cost-efficient and quality-focused processes, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role is onsite at our Ontario, California Fulfillment center with a 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:45 PM–2:15 AM PDT). Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain and 2–3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume distribution center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution center.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer-first culture while upholding company values and fostering a positive work environment.
• Supervise daily operations for the assigned area to achieve productivity, volume and quality targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workplace by following policies and plans.
• Identify performance trends and gaps; develop and implement effective solutions.

• Support departmental success through cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
