Ferrovial Webber Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on large utility-scale renewable energy projects. You will define ITPs, manage on-site inspectors, and ensure compliance with SSQP, EPC standards, and ISO requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, quality management, or related field.
• Advanced training or certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma) preferred.
• 5–10 years in quality management; 3+ years in utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings; familiarity with NEC/ASME/ISO/ASTM.
• Proficiency with QA/QC tools (e.g., Procore, SAP) and surveillance of field testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site QA/QC authority for all quality matters and liaise with construction teams and client.
• Define and implement inspection and testing plans (ITP) across procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Oversee field quality inspectors, testing labs, material testing, and equipment certifications.
• Maintain detailed quality documentation, NCRs, punch lists, and turnover packages.
• Support audits and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
