Qualifications

• Secret clearance eligibility required.
• BS or higher in STEM or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in supplier quality engineering and AS9100/ISO 9001.
• Hands-on hardware inspection and rework experience.
• Lead RCCA and 5-Why investigations.
• Experience with nonconformance management and audits.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
• Cross-functional collaboration and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across Quality, Reliability, Test, and Inspection.
• Direct recruitment, training, and career development for quality personnel.
• Allocate resources, assign work, and maintain an effective business rhythm.
• Implement and monitor the QMS and metrics program, addressing adverse trends.
• Manage risk and ensure product acceptance and delivery per program requirements.
