Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Quality Engineer Staff to apply quality principles across design, incoming material, production control, and supplier domains to drive reliability and performance.

You will collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, and customers on quality issues, lead investigations, and implement corrective actions to elevate product quality and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level STEM degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering requirements and inspection methods.
• Experience with MRB processes and non-conforming material.
• Experience with root cause analysis using causal tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical evaluations of requirements, specifications, and drawings.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers on quality issues.
• Lead product failure investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop strategies to improve internal and supplier performance.
• Design and analyze inspection and testing processes and conduct statistical analysis.
