Job summary

INVISTA’s Seaford, Delaware site seeks a Site Quality Leader to guide the site’s quality strategy and management system, advancing a culture of quality across operations, technical, and laboratory teams. The role champions PBM to empower the workforce and drive continuous improvement while sustaining certifications like ISO 9001 and OEKO-TEX.

You will lead audits, manage the quality scorecard, and collaborate with the leadership team to reduce risk and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or quality-related field.
3+ years of experience managing a QMS, including ISO 9001 maintenance.
Experience leading internal/external quality audits and corrective actions.
Experience applying continuous improvement to improve quality and reduce waste in manufacturing.
Experience influencing and driving change across teams you do not supervise.

Responsibilities

Build a quality culture using Principled Based Management (PBM) and empower teams to own quality outcomes.
Set the quality vision and 5-year plan; drive proactive risk reduction and continuous improvement.
Own the Quality Management System and certifications; lead audits end-to-end and close corrective actions.
Lead the Seaford Quality Business Team; partner with commercial and marketing to address Voice of the Customer and manage customer complaints.
Own the site quality scorecard and communicate performance clearly across teams.
Develop and deliver training and knowledge sharing to raise quality fluency across operations, technical, and laboratory teams.
Support laboratory quality systems and oversee LIMS and calibration integrity.
