- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years in progressive quality roles within manufacturing.
- Experience leading projects, teams, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Direct management experience is beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, RCA.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System.
- Partner with plant leadership to influence site quality strategy.
- Drive cross-functional quality improvement initiatives and audits.
- Own site quality performance with metrics and data-driven actions.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions with Engineering and Operations.
