Job summary

Lam Research in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks a Site Quality Leader to own and maintain site quality KPIs and drive tangible improvements across the manufacturing site. You will ensure accurate reporting, escalate customer impact, and lead corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

You will partner with Factory, Engineering, and the global QPL/SQL team to develop preventive measures, improve processes, and sustain a high-quality customer experience in a demanding semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with installing, maintaining, repairing semiconductor capital equipment.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and operation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain site quality KPIs (NCe, SQI, 8D cycle time, FA closure on time).
• Drive accurate reporting and voice of the customer to Factory and Engineering teams.
• Develop site problem-solving capabilities and quality improvements.
• Lead 8D quality initiatives to meet customer and Lam expectations.
• Collaborate with global QPL/SQL team to improve processes.
• Communicate impact to the Factory when 8D updates are needed.
