Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance and quality control within construction, renewable energy, or related industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards and safety/environment regulations and ability to apply them to projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and QA tooling (inspections, nonconformance, audits).
• Effective communication and collaboration across engineering, construction, and project teams.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a quality-focused role; renewable energy EPC exposure is beneficial.
• Commitment to safety and inclusive workplace practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and maintain quality management processes across renewable energy projects.
• Perform inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Review project documentation and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Prepare quality reports and train project staff on QA standards.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders on quality-related matters.
