Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for large-scale energy EPC projects. You will oversee project quality plans, ITPs, and procedures, driving inspections, testing, and documentation across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes.

You’ll coordinate with client, contractors and teams to resolve issues before impacts to schedule or handover. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Quality Management and 15–20 years of quality leadership in construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management or equivalent.
• 15–20 years’ experience managing quality programs on large EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, inspection methods, codes and standards.
• Proven leader of multi-discipline quality teams in active construction.
• Experience implementing Project Quality Plans and ITPs; managing docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC on site, ensuring compliance with specs, drawings and procedures.
• Lead the site quality team and coordinate with construction, engineering, HSE and contractors.
• Manage audits, surveillance, NCRs, corrective actions and turnover docs.
• Drive continuous improvement of workmanship and quality processes on site.
