Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Field Quality Lead II to oversee on-site quality activities for EPC projects. The role collaborates with Quality Leads, Managers, and Construction teams to ensure inspections and documentation meet project requirements.

The position supports QA/QC planning, corrective actions, and coordination of third-party testing, with a travel expectation of ~90% in a field environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4+ years in quality control/assurance.
• Understanding of quality inspections, audits, and QA programs.
• Familiarity with safety requirements and environmental considerations.
• Experience in surveillance oversight programs.
• 10-hour OSHA certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality activities and deliverables per ITPs and specs.
• Participate in reviews and audits as assigned.
• Develop corrective action plans for deviations.
• Ensure QA testing and records are integrated into project plans.
• Support meetings and communicate with third-party testers.
