Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks a experienced Quality Control Manager to implement and maintain project quality plans across multiple sites. You will interface with field teams, procurement, and clients to ensure compliance with codes and project specs.

The role manages field QC staff and oversees PWHT/NDE coordination and inspection planning while driving continuous improvement. Preferred candidates hold a 4-year engineering/quality/business degree and have prior QC management experience in power plant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or geographical equivalent preferred.
• 4 year degree in Engineering, Quality, Business or related discipline is desired.
• Previous QC Management experience in a simple/combined cycle power plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains project quality plans and procedures.
• Interfaces with project sites, procurement inspections, corporate offices, and clients.
• Manages Field QC staff on assigned project sites.
• Develops and administers site specific Quality Programs.
• Acts as Quality Consultant for internal and external clients.
