Job summary

Talion Construction is seeking a Superintendent/Quality Control Manager to lead daily on-site operations, coordinating with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, and SSHO to ensure work aligns with safety rules, plans, and project specifications.

You will supervise subcontractors, owners representatives, and vendors; drive QC processes, inspect work, track deficiencies, and manage schedules and RFIs to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Preferred)
• OSHA 30 in Construction (Required)
• Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) (Required)
• EM 385-1-1 40 hours (Required)
• First Aid/CPR/AED (Required)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site and coordinate with Talion employees, subcontractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, owner reps, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Implement cost-effective management techniques to drive project success.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications; ensure accurate execution of work per documents.
• Manage implementation of the project's Quality Control Plan; track and correct deficiencies.
