Job summary

U.S. Engineering Innovations seeks a Quality Control Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate on-site QC activities ensuring regulatory compliance and quality product documentation.

You will review submittals, assemble as-built drawings, and lead weekly QC meetings with the superintendent to resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include coordinating testing and commissioning of building systems, maintaining project records, and ensuring safety and conformance throughout multiple projects.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum five years of related experience.
• Combination of high school diploma with QC experience and certifications will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain the project submittal log and all other project quality control reports.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications.
• Chair and document weekly QC meetings with the superintendent and provide written minutes.
• Provide daily QC reports that ensure conformance with project standards and address non-conformances.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning of building systems.
• Maintain the project 'as-built' drawings daily.
• Assemble and forward project closeout documents (O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties).
