Job summary

Anytime Flooring is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial flooring projects from contract to closeout in the Southeast region. You will manage scheduling, budgets, vendors, and subcontractors while ensuring profitability, safety, quality, and client satisfaction on time and within contract terms.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management (preferred), 5+ years of construction management experience, and a strong focus on customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial systems.
• Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft programs.
• Ability to perform field construction tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Strong customer relations focus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for projects.
• Prioritize safety, quality, and client contract compliance.
• Review contracts, scopes, budgets, and required materials.
• Manage budgets, labor, materials, subs, and equipment costs.
• Review cost reports, identify overruns, and take corrective actions.
• Prepare cost-to-complete projections and communicate changes.
• Manage vendors/subcontractors and ensure performance.
• Review subcontractor invoices and verify pricing.
• Track change orders with proper pricing and documentation.
• Coordinate billing with accounting and assist with collections.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and organized.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams promptly.
