Job summary

Roy Anderson Corp. in Oxford, MS is seeking a qualified Project Manager to serve as the principal on-site representative for administrative and technical management of the construction project.

You will supervise contract administration, document control, change orders, procurement, and scheduling, working with estimators in pre-construction and coordinating with owners, A/E's, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve constructability issues.

Qualifications

• A four-year Construction/Engineering degree is required.
• Minimum eight years of construction, design, finance and management experience.
• Proficiency with RAC’s project software and related tools is expected.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project startup and closeout, ensuring contract compliance.
• Develop and manage the master project schedule and site QC program.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls on the project.
• Coordinate with owners, A/Es, suppliers, and subs during negotiations.
• Prepare monthly owner requisitions and change orders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff.
