Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 20 years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of construction principles, cost control, and safety.
• Experience with Procore software is desirable.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all field operations.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to plan, schedule and direct work.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Review subcontractor scopes, budgets and buyout as needed.
• Maintain project turnover readiness and client satisfaction.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and progress reporting.
