Job summary

Roy Anderson Corp., a Tutor Perini company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Oxford, MS project site. This role covers administrative and technical management of the construction project, including contract administration, document control, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.

Qualified candidates will have a four-year Construction/Engineering degree and a minimum of eight years of related experience, plus strong communications and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Four year Construction/Engineering Degree required.
• Minimum of eight years’ experience in construction, design, finance and management.

Responsibilities

• Project startup and closeout; reviews owner contract and ensures compliance.
• Forecasts and plans; manages master project schedule and budget.
• Manages subcontracts, change orders, and procurement in line with policy.
• Maintains safety, quality, and profitability targets on the project.
