The ideal candidate has extensive superintendent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Procore. A valid driver's license is required for site travel and coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 20 years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Strong scheduling, logistics planning and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and safety awareness.
• Proficient in MS Office and project coordination software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all field operations and coordinate with the Project Manager.
• Oversee work by company forces and subcontractors; ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Review subcontractor scopes, participate in buyout, and monitor cost control and profitability.
• Prepare and review daily construction reports and update project schedules.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate job status to stakeholders.
