Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Program Supervisor I to lead a Think Together program on a partner school campus. The role oversees day-to-day operations, ensures safety and quality, and serves as the main liaison with the school and families. This part-time position may include after-school hours and non-instructional days.

The PS I directly supervises site staff, manages attendance data, and drives program metrics to support student engagement and program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in education/youth programs.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory position; 2+ years preferred.
• Previous classroom experience required.
• Strong ability to communicate with students, parents, school staff and faculty both verbally and in writing.
• Bilingual / Bi-cultural (Spanish) may apply in some district.
• CPR/First Aid certified or ability to obtain within first 60 days of hire.
• Satisfactory TB skin test.
• Passing background check (DOJ & FBI).

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day site operations.
• Directly oversee and support site-level staff; coaching and training.
• Ensure Student Safety and Positive Experience; promote engagement.
• Staff Hiring and Performance: interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Data and Compliance: track attendance and enrollment; maintain records.
• School and Family Communication: liaison with school personnel and parents.
• Program Quality and Metrics: monitor participation and outcomes; meet metrics.
• Administrative Duties: timekeeping and meetings; trainings.
• Additional Duties: step into direct service roles when needed.
