Develops and executes strategic plans by leveraging market intelligence, industry knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

As a Sr. Manager in Site Procurement, you will be responsible for managing the Sourcing execution at our manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-4 years of related field experience.
• Results oriented with proven execution experience.
• Negotiation experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of category management including technical product knowledge, cost drivers, related industry dynamics and market trends, preferred.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in project and process management to execute sourcing strategy with cross functional teams, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at various levels of expertise on a global landscape.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with an ability to interpret data and analytics.
• Travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier escalations including assurance of supply and pricing discrepancies.
• Lead and develop a team of Advisors supporting sites in the US and Canada.
• Manage VIP pipeline accuracy with stakeholder alignment meetings and status reporting.
• Develop sourcing strategies and strong process/project management.
• Develop and execute RFx processes.
• Create site-specific supplier inflation mitigation plans.
• Support and lead supplier negotiations as required.
• Conduct site supplier discoveries and due diligence.
• Perform data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Establish collaborative environment with suppliers and partners to optimize performance.
• Review contracts to negotiate terms in line with strategy.
• Support supplier selection with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain context.
• Drive supplier performance management with dashboards and reporting.
• Represent sourcing at site QBRs and budget discussions.
