Job summary

GSK seeks a Director, Procurement North America to lead the NA procurement strategy in collaboration with US BU leaders and commercial functions. You will drive sourcing initiatives, negotiate favorable terms, and align global and local buying power while managing high-stakes cross-BU projects.

You will shape asset launches and digital transformation efforts, partnering with suppliers and internal teams to deliver significant top- and bottom-line improvements for patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of procurement experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Indirect procurement experience.
• Experience across marketing, sales & tech procurement categories, for example: content, media, sales enablement, data & analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead US procurement strategy for NABU(s) and collaborate with Commercial leaders.
• Lead sourcing and negotiation initiatives delivering value and align with overall strategy.
• Coordinate with global category colleagues to optimize buying power.
• Oversee large-scale cross-BU projects and support asset launches.
• Drive Digital Transformation through AI-driven procurement tools and processes.
