Job summary

Alstom factory in the Pittsburgh area seeks a visionary Manufacturing Leader to drive process improvements and optimize production efficiency across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will coordinate with engineering, production and quality to ensure reliable, compliant operations while introducing new technologies and methods for continuous advancement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Extensive manufacturing engineering experience (ideally 8–10 years) including proven leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience using an ERP system (SAP) for BOMs, routings and configuration follow-up.
  • Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems.
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization and industrial automation.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory standards and operational excellence.
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking and ability to inspire high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead scalable process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency and support growth.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, production, and quality teams.
