Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or a related field (preferred),
Experience or understanding of Industrial / Reliability processes, principles, and tools such as RCM, FMECA, Fault Tree, and Reliability Predictions,
Knowledge of the rail sector and transportation equipment (preferred),
Familiarity with maintenance optimization practices and principles,
Experience in developing and introducing standardized engineering methods and procedures,
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships while collaborating effectively across teams,
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Base salary range: $75,000 - $100,000
