Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or related field.

• Proficiency in welding standards (AWS, ISO), quality tools (APQP, PPAP), and supplier audit techniques.
• Strong root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and process validation in welding environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with proven ability to manage teams and drive results.
