Job summary

Natus Medical Incorporated is seeking a Site Planner to lead planning and coordination of installation and training projects for Neurology systems. You’ll own pre-install planning, ensure technical and customer requirements are met, and drive go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• PMP certificate strongly recommended or proven experience in managing complex installation projects for at least 5 years.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills with high attention to details.
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across customers, sales, service, and IT stakeholders.
• Calm, methodical approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Customer-first mindset with professionalism and accountability.
• Self-directed work style with the ability to operate independently in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan neurodiagnostic installation projects, ensuring all required customer documentation is received and incorporated into plans.
• Identify, schedule, and manage installation and training timelines for assigned projects.
• Coordinate activities to align with company standards and customer requirements.
• Perform site walkthroughs to confirm readiness and installation readiness.
• Negotiate and manage project schedule changes, communicating impacts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical, installation, and clinical teams to ensure readiness across delivery aspects.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and proactive support during implementation.
• Retain ownership of issues through resolution during planning and execution phases.
