Join to apply for the Site Planner role at Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc.

This is a remote, home-based office role with occasional travel to our corporate HQ in Tustin, CA. The initial 6 months of training are conducted in-office in Tustin, CA. After training, the role is fully remote with a requirement to attend monthly HQ meetings in Tustin. Ideally, candidates should live within a reasonable commute to Tustin, CA.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare preliminary and final site plans for all modalities of CMSU equipment installations.
2. Review equipment drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy prior to distribution.
3. Maintain productivity standards and manage workload to meet customer and department expectations.
4. Manage relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
5. Maintain expertise in a specific modality or project area.
6. Investigate and resolve site-planning issues and communicate findings to relevant teams.
7. Manage site-planning requirements within the New Product Introduction process.
8. Accurately record all data in required formats within prescribed time frames.
9. Conduct site visits to understand equipment specifications and technical details.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in AutoCAD software; 3D modeling experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Associate's Degree in Drafting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years site planning experience; 5 years preferred.

• Salary Range: Min $56,400 to Max $90,800 DOE.
