Job summary

SP+ is seeking a location attendant in Brooklyn, NY to support daily parking operations at a busy site. You will assist with client relations, ensure operations stay within contractual guidelines, and help with maintenance and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.

The role emphasizes courteous service, strong communication, and a flexible, reliable approach to shifts and duties, with a focus on safety and efficiency in the parking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clear oral communication and good writing skills; ability to read and interpret information.
• Customer service oriented with positive attitude and responsiveness.
• Able to adapt to changing work environment and handle unexpected events.
• Sound and accurate judgment in day-to-day operations.
• Must maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks as described.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location ensuring parking operations align with contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
• Provide courteous customer service and professional image at the location.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to the Facility Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of garage areas and major streets/landmarks in the vicinity.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
