Tropicana Brands Group is hiring a Site Operations Coordinator for our Metro New York team. The role oversees warehouse activities at the Whitestone, NY plant, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 pm–4:00 am shift, onsite to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing/distribution, strong communication, and leadership abilities. Must be US-authorized and reside in Whitestone or relocate for the duration of employment.

The role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service delivery. This position will be required to work onsite in our Whitestone, NY plant the following shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 pm - 4:00 am. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and safety regulations. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:

• Safety and compliance

• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

• Project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
• Supporting office administration duties and customer interactions as needed
• Fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion among warehouse employees
